I have specialized training and experience in a number of therapeutic modalities and techniques such as: RCT (Relational-Cultural Theory), psychodynamic theory, DBT, attachment theory, RLT (Relational Life Therapy), and trauma-informed care. However, there is no one approach that fits all. You and I will work together to develop a therapeutic relationship that provides you with the support you need to actualize your goals.

I strive in my practice to be sensitive to concerns regarding intersectionality, marginalization, and oppression which may include but not limited to: race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, migration status, acculturation, ability, body size, age, social class, and alternative relationship structures.

My work is informed by a liberation-based,  anti-oppressive, relational-cultural, sex-positive feminist lens. I believe to understand another person one must include the context of culture. Therapy works best when one feels seen, connected, respected, and heard.
