I aim to join with your experience and search for stability in chaos. I strive to listen; to support you in enhancing your relationships and personal awareness. I believe that by exploring the various elements of ourselves, one may feel and experience being more whole. By expanding skills and curiosity, I hope that your work will allow for a greater sense of clarity. Together we will explore your evolving self and relationships by helping you harness personal strength and balance.

With attachment focused therapy as my base, I utilize mindfulness and experiential approaches in our work together. Our conversations and therapeutic activities are guided by your experience and goals.


My experience is centered on collaborating with youth, adults, and families. During these developing years and shifting dynamics, additional care for our health is needed. I work with emotional regulation, relational rifts, enhancing communication, and acceptance of self.


With a free 15-minute phone consultation, we can ensure our fit prior to the first session. 



I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling.
